I recently started reading The Autoimmune Solution by Amy Myers, M.D., a gift from my mom. Dr. Myers explores the impact of food on our bodies. In an effort to follow her teachings, I needed to find something I could easily make for breakfast. My mom suggested turkey meatballs.




  1. Mix turkey, coconut flour, coconut oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into eight (8) meat balls.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Flip the meatballs over and bake for another 20 minutes.
