Tzatziki

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 of a cucumber
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Put Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil.
  3. Remove the skin of the cucumber and garlic.
  4. Mix cucumber and garlic in a vegetable grinder.
  5. Add to yogurt.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Add pepper.
  8. Mix ingredients.
  9. Taste tzatziki.
  10. Add additional items from above as needed to create a flavor you enjoy.
  11. Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper on top for presentation.
